1995
Established as Garnet Paper Mills Ltd.

2002
The company was renamed as K SERA SERA PRODUCTION LTD.

2011
The company diversified into other productive industry sectors and hence underwent a name change to K Sera Sera Limited on 10th Feb 2011.

 


Established in 1995 as Garnet Paper Mills Ltd., was renamed as K SERA SERA PRODUCTION LTD in 2002. The company is a visionary and hugely successful media and entertainment group. It has catapulted into all compassing global conglomerate, which has effectively diversified into other productive industry sectors and hence underwent a name change to K Sera Sera Ltd on10th Feb 2011.

Film Production
The company has produced and presented 20 films in 10 years, majority of which are super hits. Our production team is one of the most organized and professionally managed in the industry, which has rendered us with an expertise to organize the best cast and crew from the entertainment sector across the world. The films produced by K Sera Sera includes Sarkar, Darna Jaroori hain, Ek Haseena Thi, Gayab, Partner, Sarkar Raaj, My wife’s murder, Naach, Nanhe Jaisalmer, Ek- The Power of One, Vastushastra.

The company has recently produced a film by the name of "Life Ki To Lag Gai" starring Praduman, Ranveer Shorey, Neha Bhasin, Manu Rishi and K K Menon and Jackie Shroff.

Film Distribution
The company has touched the mark of distributing 100 films in a span of 10 years around the world across all languages, of which 50 have been box office hits. We have successfully established one of the best distribution channels in the industry. The list of major movies distributed include Golmaal, Partner, Don, Ab Tak 56, 36 China Town, Bhaagam Bhaag, Casino Royale, Die Hard – 4, Dus, Guru, Hanuman, Kaal, Dor, No Entry, Fanaa, Basic Instinct, Da Vinci Code, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna.

Film Exhibition- "K Sera Sera Miniplex"
The Company has conceptualized and designed state of art theatres, "K Sera Sera's Miniplex" with dual objective of entertainment and education which will maximize the utilization of the infrastructure. It has planned to establish 500 miniplex theatres in the 2 and 3 tier cities where there is limited scope of entertainment. These theatres will be located in approximately 527 districts headquarters across the length and breadth of India. The Company has already finalised over 100 plus locations with fit outs at various stages.

Education-"K Kampus"
K Sera Sera Miniplex Theatres has introduced an innovative concept 'K Kampus' wherein these theatres will impart higher education to students via satellite. A Kampus student sitting in this theatre can interact with high profile professors and give entrance exams to IAS, IIT JEE etc with prestigious partners like IIT Mumbai, BSE, iDeal e-live, India skills and others.

Projection Technology- "Sky Cinex"
K Sera Sera has launched high definition Cinema Projection Technology via satellite, under SkyCinex brand. The new technology enables to download high quality "digitally mastered content" via satellite to its highly secured servers installed in theatres. The Company plans to install this technology in 3000 theatres within the next 3 years.The company has heavily invested in Research and Development of this patented technology amounting to Rs.50Cr till date. The company has already converted 245 theaters till date and is committed to convert 350 theaters by March 2013 and about 500 theaters by June 2013.

Mining and Natural Resources
K Sera Sera gets global with opening a wholly owned subsidiary in Australia in the name of KSS holding PTY Ltd. The company has invested AUD $10.3 million in 2010 to acquire 8.77% stake in an Australian gold mine company Citigold an ASX listed entity.
