K Sera Sera Productions Ltd was incorporated as a public limited
company in September, 1995. It became a major player in the production and distribution
of films in India, having presented and produced over 20 films and distributed over
100 films. It had signed a contract with Ram Gopal Verma to produce 10 films.
The Company underwent a metamorphosis in 2002. New promoters stepped in and changed
the name, vision and direction of the Company into an integrated media and entertainment
conglomerate. The paid-up capital was enhanced in 2003 to support the new business.
A stupendous track record of successes followed in the next few years that catapulted
the Company into senior league of film production ventures and a name to reckon
with in this highly competitive industry in India.
