who retired as a Deputy Director General.

work ethic, organizing ability and surmounting adversity. He has been a Topper in
PGDBM & earned ‘Outstanding Distinctions’ in M.Sc, Defence Services Staff College
& Electronic Security. As the Chairman and Managing Director, he brings with
him strategic value with his experience in Business Development, Commercial Management,
Infrastructure Development and expertise in Information & Material Security.

aggregation-to-delivery for a Multi-platform IP Player having an established presence in Internet Services, Satellite TV,
IPTV and Mobile TV, and operating multiple End-to-End Video Content Delivery Networks connecting millions of households.

She holds a Degree in Commerce with specialization in Accounts & Taxation from
the University of Mumbai and a Degree of Law from Government Law College, Mumbai.
She is a lawyer registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. She has
expertise in drafting, sans precedents and vetting of legal documents. Prior to
joining K Sera Sera Group, she has worked as Associate Attorney with a Solicitor’s
firm advising and consulting on Corporate Laws, Media, Entertainment, Advertising,
Telecommunication, Retail Industry related Legal Issues.
